Welcome to Social Boost Africa. By accessing socialboost.africa or placing any order on our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service in full. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of our platform immediately.

Services

Social Boost Africa provides social media marketing (SMM) services across 6 major platforms — Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, X (Twitter), and Telegram. Our services include, but are not limited to: followers, likes, views, comments, shares, saves, story views, and channel/group members.

Service quality is specified on each individual product listing. Where a listing explicitly states "Real" or "High-Quality", those descriptors govern that specific service. Unless explicitly stated, we do not guarantee that engagement will come from accounts based in a specific geographic region.

Delivery timings are estimates. Some services begin within minutes; others may take up to 72 hours to start. Completion times may vary based on order size and server load. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party platform changes, algorithm updates, or outages.

We do not guarantee that purchased followers, likes, or views will result in organic reach, monetisation eligibility, or specific engagement rates. Past service performance is not a guarantee of future results.

Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You agree to accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not authorised by you.

You must notify us immediately at info@socialboost.africa if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. We will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised use of your account.

We will never ask for your social media account passwords. All our services are delivered using only your public profile URL or post URL. Anyone claiming to be Social Boost Africa staff asking for your password should be reported to us immediately.

🔒Keep your Social Boost Africa account password secure and do not share it with anyone. Enable two-factor authentication where available.

Payments

All payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant gateways. We accept M-Pesa, Airtel Money, MTN Mobile Money, Visa/Mastercard, and cryptocurrency across our supported African markets.

All prices are displayed in USD by default, with local currency conversion available. Prices include all applicable platform fees. Currency conversion rates are updated daily and may fluctuate.

Account balance top-ups are non-refundable except in cases where services could not be delivered (see Refund Policy). Balance credits carry no expiry date.

Chargebacks initiated with your bank or payment provider without first contacting our support team constitute a breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of any remaining balance.

Correct Usage

You agree to use our services in a manner that complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction and the Terms of Service of the respective social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, X, Telegram).

  • Public profiles only: Your profile or post must be set to public before placing an order. Orders placed on private accounts will fail and are not eligible for refund unless you make the account public within 1 hour of ordering.
  • One order per link: Do not place simultaneous orders for the same profile URL or post. Wait for the current order to reach at least 80% completion before ordering again for the same target.
  • Accurate URLs: You are responsible for providing the correct link. Orders delivered to the URL you specify cannot be refunded if the URL was entered incorrectly.
  • No abusive content: Services may not be used on accounts that promote illegal activity, hate speech, graphic violence, or content that violates any applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

Social Boost Africa, its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of followers, subscribers, or engagement after delivery
  • Account suspension, restriction, shadow-ban, or any action taken by Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, X, or Telegram
  • Loss of revenue, business, or data arising from use of our services
  • Service interruptions caused by third-party platform outages or algorithm changes

Our maximum liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

By using our services you acknowledge that social media platforms may take action against accounts that use third-party growth services, and that this risk is entirely your responsibility.

Intellectual Property

The Social Boost Africa name, logo, website design, and all content on socialboost.africa are the intellectual property of Social Boost Africa and are protected by Kenyan and international copyright law.

You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of our platform, content, or services without our express prior written permission. Resellers are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to promote our services under their own branding, subject to the Reseller Policy.

Prohibited Conduct

  • Using our platform for illegal purposes or to facilitate illegal activities
  • Creating multiple accounts to circumvent bans, refund limits, or promotional restrictions
  • Reverse-engineering, scraping, or using automated bots to interact with our platform without our written consent
  • Sharing or reselling API keys issued to your account
  • Attempting to manipulate, defraud, or abuse our refund, promotional, or pricing systems
  • Impersonating Social Boost Africa staff or claiming affiliation without authorisation

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and legal action where applicable.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to revise these Terms of Service at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we will notify registered users by email at least 7 days before the new terms take effect.

Your continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you must stop using our services and close your account.
