At Social Boost Africa, we are committed to providing our clients with the best possible service. If you are not satisfied with our services, please read our refund policy below.

General Conditions

We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis. A refund is not guaranteed and is subject to the conditions outlined below.

When a Refund May Be Issued

  • Non-Delivery of Service: If we fail to deliver the service you ordered within the timeframe specified in the service description, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
  • Major Service Failure: If the service delivered is fundamentally different from what was described or is completely non-functional, a refund may be considered.
  • Order Cancellation: If you cancel an order before it has started processing, you are eligible for a full refund to your panel balance. Once an order is in progress, it cannot be stopped or refunded.

When a Refund Will Not Be Issued

  • Follower/Like Drops on Non-Refill Services: We offer services with and without a refill guarantee. If you purchase a service explicitly marked as "No Refill" or whose refill period has expired, we will not issue a refund for any drops in numbers.
  • Incorrect Link Provided: It is your responsibility to provide the correct public URL for your social media profile or post. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect link provided by you.
  • Private Account/Post: If you place an order on a social media account or post that is private, the order will not be delivered and a refund will not be issued. Please ensure your account is public before ordering.
  • Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds for change of mind after an order has been placed and started.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our customer support team via Live Chat or WhatsApp with your order ID and a detailed explanation of the issue. Our team will review your request within 48 hours.

All approved refunds will be credited to your Social Boost Africa panel balance. We do not process cash refunds to bank accounts, mobile money, or credit cards.
